Professor Munjed Al Muderis

Hip, Knee & Limb Lengthening Specialist


One of the world’s most experienced orthopaedic surgeons and a leading hip, knee and limb lengthening specialist with over 5,000 joint replacements completed with the latest technology. Professor Al Muderis is responsible for transformational innovations in surgical technique and technology. He is a locally trained Orthopaedic surgeon, a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and a clinical professor at Macquarie University and the University of Notre Dame Australia.

Dr Mustafa Alttahir

Ankle, Foot & Hand Specialist 


Dr. Mustafa completed a Lower Limb Reconstruction Fellowship at Macquarie University Hospital. Dr. Mustafa specialises in Foot & Ankle Surgery (including Total Ankle Replacement: For both simple and complex deformities) and Foot Reconstructive surgery with a strong preference for joint preserving surgery wherever possible. Dr. Mustafa also specialises in Lower Limb Deformity Correction and Lower Limb Arthroplasty. 

Our team approach

The no out of pocket joint replacement program also includes involvement from a wider medical team. This includes anaesthetists, pain specialists, physiotherapists and more. Using a multimodal approach to joint replacements allows us to provide top tier care and accelerates the time patients are discharged and recovered.
